Phaseolus vulgaris

Flavour: Mild, slightly sweet, and tender, with a crisp texture when freshly picked
Best place to grow: Thrives in open fields, raised beds, or containers, requiring full sun and well-drained soil
Fun Fact: Saxa of Limburgse is an extra-early bush bean, often producing one of the first bean harvests of the season
